"The only thing that made this hotel bearable was its location. It is right on the harbor and the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, the reservations were totally screwed up and I had to make a big deal in order to get the room I had reserved - first floor, non smoking, with a view. I was told that the hotel never guaranteed any part of the reservation requests if the reservation was made on line. I told them that I had specifically checked by phone to see if my requests were on record and would be honored. That went right over their heads. I ended up taking a smoking room in order to get the first floor with a view. Also, very poor on making up rooms. One day the room was not cleaned at all, and one day, at 9 a.m.,I requested the room be made up as soon as possible. It was cleaned at 4 p.m."
